Track Your Order

Every CastaScene Kit ships from our US warehouse with tracking. Here's how to see where yours is:

1. Check your shipping email

The moment your projector leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking link. Tap it any time for live updates. (Check spam or Promotions if you don't see it.)

2. Look it up on your account

Sign in here with the email you ordered with. You'll get a one-time code, no password needed, and can see every order and its tracking status.

Timing

Orders process in 1-3 days, then arrive in about 5-8 days. Your 12-scene pack is emailed before the projector arrives.
